1. How long does Dibora lipsticks last?
DIBORA lipsticks unopened have a shelf life of 18 months.
Once open DIBORA recommends their lipstick are replaced after one year.

2. What lipstick shade best suits my skin tone in the DIBORA range?
The Lipstick shade for you will depend on two major factors:
a) skin complexion
b) destination – i.e. function or daily use

We all need that trusty shade that can take us to where we need to go – whilst keeping us looking fresh and flawless all day / evening.

Below is a suggested guide to selecting this seasons DIBORA lipstick colour from our range, for your skin tone – Fair- Medium/Olive – Dark

Starburst (Frost) – All skin tones.  Use alone or over a DIBORA Lipstick to enhance your evening lipstick.
Barely There (Matte) – Fair to medium skin tones.
Pink Sherbet (Matte) – All skin tones. Best suits Fair to medium.
Velvet Rose (Satin) – All skin tones. Best suits Fair to medium skin tones.
Mocha (Matte) – Fair to medium skin tones.
Coral Pop (Satin) – All skin tones.

3. How do I make my lipstick stay on longer?
Prior to applying your DIBORA lipstick apply a lipliner in the same or a slightly darker shade around the edge line of your lips. Apply first coat of lipstick then blot with a tissue and re-apply lipstick.

You can then lightly apply a loose powder with a brush to set your lipstick for the day.

5. Are your lipsticks really vegan friendly?
High-performance formulas can be created without the need to use ingredients that are derived from animals.  Amazing results can be achieved that perform on par with-if not better than-formulas that contain animal byproducts.
DIBORA wanted to create products everyone can love-including people who crave clean, cruelty-free and vegan beauty.

5. Do you test on animals?
DIBORA does not test on animals.  We are certified with the leaping bunny stamp of approval and recognise the importance of cruelty free products free from toxins and animal by products. 

7. Are your cosmetics considered “clean beauty”?
We mindfully use products without any proven or suspected toxic ingredients

8. What is your return / exchange policy
If for any reason a product that you purchase from DIBORA is not of acceptable quality (through no fault of your own or your customer) we will gladly exchange the item or offer a full refund https://dibora.com.au/returns-form/

DIBORA lipsticks contain certified organic ingredients, these are listed on the website for you to view, they are vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free, allowing many people with sensitivities to enjoy our product whilst considering the health of our planet!
Our lipstick colours are very diverse, offering long-lasting hydration, rich colours and a marvelous, creamy texture – not an easy feat for a vegan product!  All our packaging and tubes are recyclable.
